(Solved) Office 2007 icon has red exclamation mark

In the few days, the files that I created using office 2007 has a red exclamation mark.
The documents work normally. I can open, edit, save with no problem.

What does it mean?
How can I fix this?

It is Mozy backup's icon overlay. The issue is resolved.
