Office 07 Quick Access Toolbar

Is there an automated way to make the Quick Access Toolbar (QuAC) the same on all Office products (Excel, Word, etc.)? I know that I can manually choose the same buttons in each of the applications but I want a way to add a button on the QuAC in Word and that same button to automatically show up on my Excel QuAC.

I don't know that this is possible, unless there's some add-ons that can do it.
