I've tried just about all I can both from my own knowledge and what I could find on the internet to get rid of "Object Error". No luck so far so I'm turning to the experts...please help. The problem is on a Dell Inspiron 530. It has Windows Vista Home Premium, 2 gigs of ram, 32 bit system and Intel Core duo CPU at 2.33 GHz.

Finally got rid of "Object Error" (which freezes the screen). First I used a registry cleaner and although that didn't fix the problem it did speed up the 'puter. Next I used Spybot for 4 cycles before it was able to get rid of all the threats. And lastly, I put Internet Explorer into it's default position. After that, no more Object Error popups/applets.
