Robin, what is the computer make, model, and spec's. Router too.
Fully describe your problem please. Some info you gave makes no sense?
"In some things it's the browser for sure, the rest I'm just down right confused on!"
What had happened and what made you think this?
"It started out with my email on Goole Chrome. My server had an issue and than
I had an option up and disapear."
You were using Google Chrome to access your e-mail, ok, but what SERVER? You e-mail server from your ISP? What OPTION were you talking about?
"That option was there on IE and Firefox so, I
spoke to the the server and they told me to start using Firefox."
I assume the SERVER is your ISP? However that doesn't make sense with the sentence above? So your ISP basically told you not to use Chrome to get your e-mail? You already had Firefox and it worked?
"I did, now there are
times when the computer just freezes up and no matter what I click on, I get no
response."
Since you already had Firefox installed, how would this be related? What are you doing when it freezes?
" Do you think I have computer problems?? Think loooong and HARD before
answering that qusetion!!"
Of course you do, freezes happen for a reason.
"I can't always get it to respond when I click on something.
I've trying rebooting, disconnecting and reconnecting my router."
This implies you can get it to respond. Tell us what you are doing when it you can't make it respond. It also tells us that probably one specific event causes this and it is repeatable. Also I'd guess it is internet related? By "disconnecting and reconnecting my router" do you mean the cable to the computer or the power cord to the router?
Clear these questions up and we should be able to help you.
