not able to connect wireless network

I have acer travelmate 4500 laptop & os xp.Im having problem with my wireless connnection since yesterday. The problem is if i search the range network its all other range network is showing except my room network. so pls is there any setting in that...

Have you turned off and restarted your router?

Remove the network in 'manage wireless networks'

Reboot your router, reboot your machine.

Now try connecting to the network, apply password

It could be a driver issue, i would try reinstalling the drivers
travelmate drivers
