"developed by Bungie Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360" - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Halo_3

It would appear there is not a version for the PC.

My input:

Isn't the Xbox 360 basically a computer with a super graphics card and a modified DVD-ROM Drive? I'm sure you could find an emulator or even build your own Xbox 360.

@michael: Unfortunately while there are XBox emulators, they still are limited in what they can do in part due to the different software on the XBox. The XBox has a different executable format, different OS and graphics APIs, games are only designed for specific hardware. At least thats how I understand it from what I've read. Also due to things like that you can't build your own XBox.
It sucks but thats how it is.
