I installed an XP upgrade on my daughters computer (it had Widows 2000) and now she can't connect to the internet with a wireless connection. We still have to option of starting her computer with the Windows 2000 version and it connects to the internet just fine. What can I do to fix it so the XP sees the wireless connection.

You will have to install the drivers for your Wireless Card. If you know the make of the card, you can boot into Windows 2000, connect to the Internet and then download the drivers for Windows XP. Place them on a floppy disk / USB Flash Drive, and then, when in Windows XP, install the drivers.
