My daughter took her new Nexus 7 out of her bag to discover that the screen was cracked and now wont work. It was in a protector etc and she had not dropped it..... have read lots of complaints on US forums about similar experiences. She is working in India till April and it is her lifeline. Any ideas about how to repair asap? It is not covered by warranty for damage and I have read that to return to ASUS takes an age and is expensive.
