That isn't really a NEWS page its just an article page, I'm referring to an actual bulletin style Forum Topic where people can add there snippets etc. :)

Serious stuff we stick to the top of the main forum, and then to the appropriate forum if still necessary.

And there's my point, what is the appropriate forum for a news bulletin ?

Sometimes it may sound a little OT when in actual fact its serious stuff.

Anything computer related be it software, Firmware etc..Geek stuff
But what about things that are Programmer/Developer/Owner related such as Steve Jobs, yes on one hand its Geek stuff but its also much more and it tends to get posted in OT instead.

But not every one reads OT and something like that should be able to be seen clearly by everyone on the main forum.

It is normally stuck on the main forum for a while, before it gets moved.
It, being anything deemed important.
