I've created a new page on the Wiki for troubleshooting problems with putting a new computer together. I've tried to go through and add some helpful information, but there's a lot more that could be added... so I'm reaching out to our forum people for more advice.

You can reply to this post with additions, or you could just edit the page quickly if you'd like... I'm not sure how well conflicts on the wiki resolve themselves (as in saving at the same time as somebody else), so it might be safest to just reply here.
