I was just in msconfig and noticed you can use it to disable/enable the UAC.

Go to the Start menu and type msconfig and press enter

Then click on the tools tab and scroll down to disable or enable the UAC, select it and press Launch.

That's it, I don't know if this has been covered yet but I thought it was a little bit easier than using the control panel to do it.

Also I think that if you take the "Selected command" string and make a shortcut with it you can do the same thing(in a shortcut).

I recommend against disabling UAC.
If you don't like the prompts you can just disable them. Though I don't recommend that either unless you really just can't stand them.

I also don't recommend disabling it but I think I saw a program that needed it disabled to install.
