An English lesson! ;D MOUSE is 1, MICE is more than one mouse...no need to put the 's' on the end of mice.

Thanks - foreign language is difficult language. Btw, I add the 's' intentionally. I think it's cute.

Certainly like one of a pair of dice is a die. Then one of a pair of mice must be a mie. English is consistent that way.

I'm not sure these are needed at all? Once you get to the desktop it is probably not needed at all? Like laptops with touch pads and external mice. 2 forms of input.

Yes, on the start screen maybe, but a mouse with a wheel works 'good enough'.
