New Laptop Fan

Hello,
I'm not sure if this is the right forum to post it but couldn't find anything more specific. I think my laptop (Acer Aspire 5553G) CPU / GPU Fan is broken or not functioning the way it should, tried cleaning it but still, notebook is too slow and often too warm with so much noise from the fan, I'm trying to buy a new one and have some friends install it for me but got no idea which one to buy, how do you know which fan model you have on your laptop?
