If you made an image of your old hdd and saved it to your external hdd then all you have to do is make sure your USB external hdd with the Macrium image on it is plugged in then boot with the Macrium rescue disk. This should bring up the recover screen and from there you choose where your image is located (external hhdd) and where you want to recover your image to ( new hdd).

cschultz48, I hope your not using the Sony rescue disk to try and recover your Macrium image. If so it won't work.
You might want to make an actual Macrium ver5.0 WinPE bootable recovery disk for recovering your image. You can download from the last post here.
Select the slow download option. Worth one last shot.
