it's a commercial of a 3G package, is it you-tube P2P ? what website or software, which are popular like you tube etc, is using P2P? give me some example,
what will the habit change if I change from current unlimited data transfer for 2G plan to this plan base on about information?

what I want is I didn't want some popular video share website can't be access and play after I used the 3G plan.

Basically any thing you would get for free that you know that you should be paying for is not legal. YouTube polices itself pretty well and takes things down that infringe on others property rights. See:Peer to peer Networking
