You have been such a big to me with my new Vista - I hope that someone can help me with this
problem.
I connect to the internet thtough MSN dial-up. I did not have any trouble connecting for the
first few weeks. Now - if I shut it down completely at night - the next morning it
may/may not connect. The only information I get (through the event viewer)-is "there is a
loose cable - check the cables and try again."
How can cables get loose - by themselves - overnight???
The phone outlets are fine. The phone line is in good condition. The phone power is fine. It does not matter if I use a power strip or not. Sometimes it will connect with no problems and other times I can't.
MSN customer service was no real help.
Does anyone there have any suggestions for me to try?
