I am looking for a KB with built in search, categories, tags, etc. I am the IT admin at an accounting firm with about 60 employees and growing. I support everything from workstations to network equipment to servers. I would love something that is super simple to keep up. I would also like to run it on IIS or another windows based web server. Any Ideas?

How much control do have as far as configuration and installing things on the servers and client machines?
If you can install anything then you can install PHP and something like WordPress or Mambo a Knowledge Base type thing and bbPress or SMF for forum software.
I haven't used that software before myself I've just read things about it.
I'm still trying to figure out what server software to use for my own web site.
I have no idea what is best for simple.
I know this site uses WordPress and bbPress though I have no idea how simple it is to make them work like they do for this site.
