Need help running Netflix

Im in canada and im streaming for US Netflix through Unotelly. Sometimes the movie starts out fine and then it slows down dramatically and gets choppy, other times it works perfectly fine. Its not my internet connection and my computer isnt that slow. It only happens on netflix, all other services like Hulu, BBC works fine. Does anyone know how to improve the quality? I have Windows 7.

Could be that using Unotelly is violating the Netflix Terms of Service that you agreed to.....They may have a way of pinpointing your location, and it may not find you every time (such would explain how it sometimes works perfectly). Or it might be your OS, as you said.

Nope! As far as I know there is no such problems with unotelly. A few of my friends use this service and they have perfect reception. Looks like there is some problem on my end. Will check out tonight and let know. I hope this helps others. Oh and anyways thanks for the answer!
