I dunno if this is the right place to ask, i am new here, well i subscribed to news letters way long ago, This website is awesome!
I just wanna ask, That if there's any FORUM, FREE or PAID Forum Hosting Where i can Go and Start My Forum?
I mostly need it for discussion, Do u have any idea how much will it cost and free thing? :)
and.. any best blogger template site where i can find best and reliable templates?

ThankYou :) @djhull3917 and @vistamike :) M trying those.. Though i Tried Wordpress Months back, My Partner in website says we must try for a while before purchasing anything and apparently wordpress removed the "edit template" feature from free features, so, we had to leave it.. ty though.. :)
