i searched on youtube and also on other sites but couldn't fond a suitable tutorial

i have those glasses from the theater but they don't work for youtube videos or 3d images on my laptop :(

Only Cyan-Red glasses will work on a regular laptop with stereoscopic 3D turned ON (in case your nVidia card supports it)
You'll be able to watch 3D videos like THIS one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v.....feature=iv

If you want real 3D experience, you'll have to get a special laptop and that laptop will come with its own pair of 3D glasses. And not just ordinary 3D glasses that you get in the cinema, they will be ACTIVE 3D glasses, they're powered by a battery, and they're made to work ONLY with that laptop, they're kind of 'synced' with it (and same's the case with 3D HDTVs).
Also, same holds true for cinema 3D glasses. Though they're passive (non-powered) 3D glasses, they will only work in the cinema.

my graphic card supports it and also the glasses i made, it gives the depth effect but its not that neat as i can't make a good pair of 3D glasses

Did you make the Red/Cyan glasses? Also, that's probably the most you can get, as far as I know...
