Kelen... You were right on the money with the "catalyst center/driver" issue. I uninstalled it and re-installed it and it now works just fine and the errors are GONE!
I was hoping to see someone post what the errors meant and you drove it home for me. Thank you for much for your detailed answer. Thank you everyone for pitching in as well !!!! :)

Well according to Microsoft it happens when either the file is missing/corrupt or there is corruption in the catalog stores. I usually see these ordinal errors in Office or alternate browsers.
