over the past year i have had several problems that i have posted on here. here are solutions that i have found
firefox download tool sticks the windows 7 taskbar. make sure you close it.
if you put in a usb drive it will make the windows 7 taskbar stick take it back out again if you have to.
regarding difficulties with some programs like winzip running a cleanup program or viruse cleaner re-sets winzip and you have to re-set it from scratch.
i have wasted people's time with silly things like this . apologies.

my mistakes
(7 posts)i also was having trouble with my adsl that got down to point 223 this is .223 mbs and blamed everything so have now changing ISP my other ISP adsl is down to 1.2 one point two mbs and is cancelled also. the service these days is terrible. i also due to frustration with the isp i ininstalled internet explorer 9 but then thought this was silly and couldnt put it back . i put it back with revo-uninstaller. quite clever.
