Pls, I need the helps of geeks to be able to use the "hp web" that came with my HP
Pavilion dm4-3070ca core i5.

I really do not know what the technical name for the "application" is. But it is turned on by depressing the button next to the power knob/button. The button has a "web" logo by it left-hand side. And when it is depressed instead of the power button, it launches an application environment where one can surf the web without having to log on to Windows Desktop environment. It is also possible to switch from this environment "I call the hp web desktop" to windows. If the button is depressed when in Windows environment it automatically launches my default web browser.

But now any time I depress it instead of the power button I get this message: "The hp BIOS you are trying to run is either not installed or corrupt. Visit www.hp.com\go\techcenter\startup".

This does not affect my normal windows os startup though.

I'd be grateful for all your helps.

@warlock: I didn't get a user guide with the computer. @GuiltySpark: I've checked the link I quoted in my first post. But I'd visit the sites that both of you just posted here. Thanks. I'd be back.
