my first build questions

New to forum I'm gathering parts and info to perform my first build,when I power up and start the setup how do I navigate from page to page as well as around the page with the arrow keys or the mouse or both,will I be able to use the DVD drive to say configure my monitor at this time before I run the setup?Thanks in Advance

TJflat4,
Your new motherboad will ship with a Manual and Driver Installation CD.
Read and Follow the Manual Build Instructions.
