MSOutlook2003 templates being viewable on XDA & Blackberry

Can anyone advise on how to make a template that i have designed in MS Outlook 2003 visible on an XDA or blackberry? they just appear as blank messages?

does the blackberry have ms office on it? or you may need to save as a different file format?

It is an Outlook template used for inter-office communication so I do not think it can be saved as a different format. I do not believe ms or blackberry has an offering for office mobile. There are some 3rd party mobile aps that allow for viewing/editing office docs but I don't know if those would resolve my issue. Any other suggestions? Thank you!
