MS Outlook 2007 and MS Outlook 2003 on same computer

I am with a small firm using my own laptopto save money. I am running Windows XP tablet on a toshiba portege m200. I use Outlook 2007 to manage my own e-mail and contacts. The company is using MS exchange server 2003 and MS Outlook 2003.

My problem is when I set my Otlook 2007 to capture my corporate e-mail Outlook confuses the heck out of my Blackberry.

Is it possible to have the two Outlooks's (2007 & 2003) on one computer monitoring two different e-mail accounts & not confuse my Blackberry?

It would be preferd that they share my contacts, calendar, task & so on.

Havfe I made it impossible?
