Nice one Rick.
This could be helpful as well...
How to create universal ISO for all versions of Windows.
Although it states that it's for Win 7 ISO's, it should also work for Windows Vista too.

Disregard my first post...
Here's the way to create a universal install disk for Vista.
I followed the instructions and they work perfectly.
