(Solved) - MS Office 2007 Templates Downlad

I have a genuine copy of MS Office 2007 installed on OS Vista. Every time I try to download a template in Word, the system validates my software & returns it as being Genuine, yet no template is installed. Attempting this again just puts me back into checking whether or not I have a Genuine copy of MS Office.

Please advise.

Just to be sure, try running this page in IE and pressing the 2 validation buttons.

Scott,

Both returned 'Validation Successful!' when run in IE.
