My wife is using Firefox and all of a sudden her bookmarks toolbar cannot be restored. Some of her searchI went to View - Bookmarks and it is checked but not on the toolbar section. I went to customize and dragged the bookmarks icon but that cannot be opened. Firefox help was no help so I am reaching out to you.
We are using Windows 7.

Actually NO the first line I show is what you show as line 2. Show all bookmarks. The View all bookmarks is not an option. But even my computer shows Show all bookmarks.
