Moving taskbar to the top of screen

Hello i was wondering if i can change my taskbar location on vista premium and how i would be able to do it. Thanks

Right click on the Taskbar, make sure it is 'Unlocked'. Then left click an empty space on the bar the and drag the entire Taskbar to the top (or either side).
