If you want to clean up your Mac the easy way, CleanMyMac is a great tool to get the job done easily, and it will even keep your computer clean automatically.

Unlike the competition, it also includes great tools like a Clean Uninstaller, to get rid of applications and clean up the junk that they leave behind. All with the click of a button.

I would like to get my 'personal' email out of the work environment - which is on Outlook Exchange (2007) and transfer the folders with all my email in them to GMail. I would then like to be able to do this on a monthly basis - adding new mail to the GMail folders. Is there a simple way to do this ?

You can use gmail via imap in Outlook 2007. With it setup the gmail folders will display in a gmail group in the folders list and you can move messages to it's folders (which represent the lables in gmail).
See http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....look-2007/ how to set it up.
