Hi

I have a wired mac mouse - the one you can buy at apple today, when i use the scroll wheel towards me - scrolling down it is scrolling up but scrolling away from me it - scrolling up, it scrolls up. Any Ideas?

Simply - You can't scroll down with the scroll wheel

I've used this a while back till I purchased my G500.

Go to system preferences, click 'Mouse', and uncheck 'natural scrolling'
EDIT: Just saw you're using Snow Leopard, and not Lion. Hmmm...
