(Solved) - Missing page number icons in multi-page threads

I'm not sure whether it's my browser acting up again or a glitch in HTG.
Note in the screenshot that the thread in the red rectangle has 2 pages yet the page number icon for page 2 does not display.
I know I can simply click the "display latest post" icon (Red circle in screenshot) but then I have to scroll to the top of the page to read the first post on that page.
Does anyone have any idea what's causing this?

Mine is working fine. Windows 7 IE8.

I could never get windows to stay sized in it. That is why I stayed with 8.

Warlock, this issue is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I just rolled back to IE8 and so far everything seems to be displaying perfectly. Whew!

IE8 does what I need why switch to 9 just cause it is new? Or was new. When I see must use IE9 or above to view this page I might consider it again.

Well I guess this thread isn't solved. IE8 is now doing the same thing IE9 was doing (see my first post/first screenshot).
I'm baffled as to what could be causing this issue of page numbers in multi-page threads not being displayed properly.
maybe "The Geek" can figure this one out.

It also happens on Chrome and Firefox so I have decided to go back to Netscape.

I have to say, IE 8 or 9 will never be my default browser. In fact, it should be banned.

LMAO!! Xhi, you always seem to have the perfect quote. LMAO!!

Mike, you may be onto something here. I've tried Firefox, Chrome and 2 or 3 other browsers and none seem to work to my satisfaction.
Maybe I'm just nit-pickin but I only experience this issue on HTG forums.
I sure hope "The Geek" can figure this one out before I pull out all my hair. LOL

EDIT: I think I still have Netscape stashed away on a CD somewhere. ;)

PROBLEM SOLVED!!
After installing .net framework 4.0 updates that I had hidden everything is working just fine.

Jim,

I get it too always on the first in the list, once a another topic or post in another topic goes to the top of the list the page icon appears.

As far as I can remember it has always been that way...for me at least.

Edit : Hey that's the first time I've seen it revert to the page icon ??????

Typical, one minute I make a comment about it missing, the next it appears :)

Hi GS.
I'm not sure what's going on but it's been eating away at my last nerve for awhile now. <LOL>
I've come to the conclusion that it has something to do with HTG's forum software simply because I visit 4 other help forums and this only happens on HTG.

This is what has me pulling my hair out. I guess this is just one of those things in life that should be IGNORED. <LOL>
