Hi Guys. I am running a 32-bit Windows Vista Ultimate and my Laptop gets a pop up for several months as "Microsoft store update manager failed and stopped working". I tried some ways to fix it. But it didn't work. Also My Windows Explorer keeps crashing Often... My Laptop is pretty slow and hangs a lot.. Any ways to fix all the problems...Appreciate any help..Thanks.

What are the make and models of your laptop?
Did you're using more than one antivirus simultaneously? If yes then stick to a single one and uninstall the rest ones.
It's better to download and install malwarebytes antimalware from malwarebytes.org. Start a complete scan with malwarebytes and see if it finds any type of issue with your system.
Your explorer is crashing either due to off pending updates or malware, so following the above steps could fix both.
