A friend of my recommended that I download and user Microsoft Security Essentials. Currently, I'm using Microsoft ForeFront. Of the two which one is better????

If Im correct the ForFront is the business version and you have to pay for it,

So

If its just for private use I would say use MSE

The core engine of MSE is the same as what’s in Forefront client
