microsoft outlook is forced to shut down with emails and are lost

when microsoft outlook is forced to shut down with emails open. When oulook is re opened email is not in draft folder as it was with my old computer. where do they go? email was to be sent.
have windows 7 home premium

I think the first step here is to figure out why Outlook keeps shutting down.

Open task manager and see under the 'Processes' tab. Post an image of it if you can.

Hi,
I can't seem to paste task manager here from snipping tool.
OE shuts down because I do it manually as it goes into freeze mode. probably when computer has been on for a few days and many emails opened.
That email lost must be somewhere.
Did not have a an email address on it.
