microsoft office 2007
(10 posts)Why do you think Microsoft Office 2007 is free? It is not.
There are free clones Open Office and Libre Office which are both free.
No.
Office is not free. There are trial versions available.
There are limited versions of some MS Office programs under HotMail. Log in and move your mouse over the SkyDrive option on the top of the screen. There is Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote.
I think Gmail also has some MS Office-compatible apps in Google account. I think it's called Google Documents.
A nice tiny little word processor is called AbiWord. It can be downloaded from CNET.com. I can run off a flash drive. It can save files as doc or docx file formats.
Go to www.portableapps.com
and click the tab [get apps]
and search for any Office Applications you want.
- the good thing about it, it's portable and can be carried using a USB
What the OP wanted isn't available there. http://portableapps.com/node/6162 and would be illegal if it was.
There are many alternatives out there : http://alternativeto.net/softw.....rm=windows
There are free Office Viewers for Word, Excel and PowerPoint though. E.g. this one: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us.....aspx?id=13
