Microsoft Management console has stopped working

I have seen certain snap-ins crash the Management Console but not a problem that causes it all to crash.
I would recommend checking the Event Log for any error details on it.
As you apparently can't open the Event Viewer here are two other ways to look at it:
1. If you have another computer that has access to the computer via Domain Admin or such you can connect to it from the Management Console on the other computer.
