Just found a method to do it. Found it, as in found it while googling "how to get aero in windows 8". Steps, thanks to AskVG.com:
* Enable buggy transparency. Yes, you need to do that, and survive with it for 60 whole seconds.
* Download xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Launch it, and select there 2 options:
-- Set all windows to transparent. Set transparency to 254.
-- Start at system booting. Really, if you have 2GB+ RAM, you won't even notice it.
