Menu Show Display Setting Change

By way of regedit I changed the default value to 200. (default is 400) Now when I go through the menus they just stay there until I either click a item or single click on the desk top.It was working but now it's gone the other way. Can any thing else affect that setting or did I do something wrong?

Have you tried setting it back to default and see if it goes back to normal?

Mucking around in the registry can be difficult and cause problems.

Yes I have set it back to default, but no luck.This problem happens in the start menus as well as the taskbar menus.I'm not 100% sure if this is the cause.I noticed it a couple of days later.Seems like just a harmless tweak.Would system restore help?
