I have vista on my laptop, I was instructed to install a program from school that is a requirement for one of my courses. When I installed the program it stated that it was incompatible with vista. I tried to install it again, and this time it did actually install. Now' this program is crashing some of my other programs, and i tried to uninstall the program but it wont let me, states incompatible program, and is still on my system. Is there any way I can uninstall the program manually, instead of re-formating my computer? Thanks America

Try right clicking and 'Run As Administrator' (I know, ironic). After trying again, right click and look for 'Compatibility' and try running in XP.

And if that don't work, then go to:

C:\Program Files\

Locate it and delete it manually.

To run something as Administrator, you have to click on the .exe file. Find the source of the shortcut and then try what Scott said.
