Making Outlook 2007 IMAP act like Gmail IMAP?

I have Gmail IMAP set up in Outlook 2007, and I really like the way that whenever you delete an item, it goes into the 'All Mail' folder, and doesn't just sit there with a line through it waiting to be purged.

I have a couple of other non-Gmail IMAP accounts set up too, is it possible to edit anything in Outlook so that these accounts act like the Gmail account does?

Unfortunately, no. That is one of the IMAP problems in Outlook.
