Hi
I am having a problem trying to do this,"change the waitokillservicetimeout" i keep getting an error

I was following the "how to geek" tip and it tells you to change the value to 5000 , but as soon as you click ok, this error pops up

Are you doing that from an Administrators account ?

No just from a standard one, but why is it letting me go straight into the registy using a standard account,
