Make a hotkey to open IE

I dont know if theres a how-to on this subject, but I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a hotkey or macro or something to open Internet Explorer without having to click on the icon.

If your Internet Explorer icon is in the Quick Launch toolbar a hotkey is already there. See http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....ows-vista/

I had a little look and found this:

I haven't tried it myself but it looks like it might do what you want it to.
