andLinux.org is designed to run Linux apps in Windows and supposedly works perfectly since it essentially is Linux running in Windows with no GUI of itself.

Wine is designed to run Windows apps in Linux, and works as well as one could want from free software.

CrossOver Linux is designed to run Windows apps in Linux, and supposedly works better than Wine.

Cross Over Mac is designed to run Windows apps in Mac, and supposedly works well.

The only things left are running Mac apps in Windows or Linux. Is there any project that does this or is working to do this?

I don't believe there's any project attempting to do this, since Apple would likely sue them into the ground within 37 hours of opening their doors.
