Localhost gives blank page (IIS 7, Windows 7)

I turned on IIS in control panel but http://localhost and http://127.0.0.1 gives just a blank page (no error). If I browse to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\iisstart then I get the IIS7 welcome page that should be displayed at http://localhost. Also, I installed CF9, and I can access the CF Administrator at http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/Administrator, however all the images are broken. Any ideas? TIA, Robert

I have the same problem. IIS is installed on Windows7. I checked in the IIS Manager to make sure the service (default website) is running. The iisstart exists in the wwwroot and it works from the folder, however neither http://localhost nor http://127.0.0.1 nor http://localhost/iisstart work. Could someone please help?
