jack, you'll find that European countries in general are far less tolerant of drinking & driving when compared to the US. It's often 1 strike and you're out. Here, some people seem to accumulate DUIs like Boy Scout badges.

i know that but since lighthouse seems to live in france i was just wondering what his take on it was. like if he thought it was going to happen or not.

jack, the way things work here, is, the local mayor decides everything. If he/she wants to do it, they're no stopping it.
