Layout DLL - path of desktop layout

Save and Restore Desktop Layout.dll

Does anyone know where the path for the stored desktop layout is located? I want to make an additional backup of the saved desktop layout

Try C:\Users\YOURNAME\Desktop

@Lighthouse: It appears TxQuestor is referring to the article http://www.howtogeek.com/howto.....ows-vista/ and wants to know where it saves the icon layout to and back that up.

I don't know where it stores the layout, I would guess somewhere in the registry. Process Monitor might help in finding out where.

A normal (deep) search (if you know the name of the DLL) will find it
