Hey guys so I bought a new display cable for a broken laptop I got from a friend, I thought since the screen was screwed up, I thought it might be the cable, but even with this new cable i still get the same issue, I notice depending on the angel I hold the screen, it sometimes stays fine-for a second.

Is there anyway I can perhaps still fix this either a screen replacement?

It's not even worth it for this laptop's age.

Here's a better look:

That looks more like a problem with your graphics chip than with your screen.

Uhoh, but remember when I tilt it and apply pressure to the side of the display it keeps adjusting.

If it's the GPU then I'm tossing this thing out, I just wanted to fix it up to working condition and perhaps sell it.
I'm not selling it with an issue like this.
