I just upgraded my desktop from Vista home premium to Windows 7 and I can no longer connect to the other two machines I have on my home LAN. One is running Vista and the other XP. The network was fine until I upgraded. Windows 7 seems to only wish to talk to machines also running Windows 7. I'm sure there's a way to connect, but I can't figure it out. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

My Vista to Win7 upgrade kept the XP connections but SHARES were a small problem as permissions were lost but easily fixed.

When you open the Network Properties, what does the FULL MAP look like?

Check all the settings there as well on all links.
